主要负责市场相关服务采购、人力服务采购、财务审计服务采购。
负责复杂招标项目的统筹管理，并与全球品类管理团队协同推进相关工作。 Manage complex tenders and coordinate with Global Category Management.开展标书分析、报价比对工作，并主导与供应商的商务谈判。 Analyze offers, compare quotations, and lead negotiations.确保寻源相关文件的透明度与合规性，符合企业及行业规范要求。 Ensure transparent and compliant sourcing documentation.优化框架协议条款、采购定价体系，拓展优质供应商选择范围。 Optimize frame contracts, pricing, and supplier options.助力企业降本目标达成，同时负责采购目录的实时更新与维护。 Support cost saving goals and maintain catalog updates.制定区域采购战略并向全球相关方进行同步宣贯，保障供应链长期稳定且具备成本效益优势。 Develop and communicate regional procurement strategies with global stakeholders to ensure long term, cost efficient supply.作为核心接口人，代表大陆集团及采购团队，维护内外部相关方的利益并推进协作。 Act as interface and represent the interests of Continental and the Purchasing Community towards all internal and external stakeholders.统筹供应商关系管理、绩效评估、商务谈判及合规管控工作，驱动供应商在成本及履约表现上持续优化。 Manage supplier relationships, evaluations, negotiations, and compliance to drive cost and performance improvements.牵头或支持采购组织内品类相关及跨职能项目的落地执行。 Lead or support category related and cross functional projects within the purchasing organization.
要求：1、本科及以上学历。2、英语口语流利。（亚太区域同事沟通密切）3、有丰富的间采经验，尤其是服务类采购经验优先。4、5-8年工作经验，外企背景 以担保或任何理由索取财物，扣押证照，均涉嫌违法，请提高警惕
