供应商质量管理工程师/Supplier quality engineer



What are my responsibilities?
1. "Responsible for the material specification define in the early stage of the project develop process, and the docking work with the project
负责在项目研发早期定义材料的技术规范，及与项目的对接工作"


2. "Define and update material incoming inspection plan: Inspection standard/Inspection method/sample rate...
制定和升级材料检验规范,包括（检验标准/检验方法/抽样方案...）"

3. "Monitor the material quality status in incoming process, production, and field，leading problem solving for material quality issue and follow up the process optimization in supplier side.
跟踪进件检验、生产及售后中的材料质量情况， 负责材料质量问题处理，并跟踪供应商的过程改善"



4. Collect and track supplier performance data and assist suppliers in implementing continuous improvement.
收集并跟踪供应商绩效数据，协助供应商实施持续改进



What do I need to qualify for this job?
Materials science, mechanical engineering Electrical, Optical Engineering or related major at least bachelor degree. Experience in encoder, driver, sensor quality control is preferred.

材料学、机械工程、电气、光电工程等相关专业，有编码器、驱动器、传感器品控相关经历者优先，本科及以上学历；

Be familiar with testing equipment of material properties, eg. universal tester, metalloscopy, durometer, SEM-EDS, C/S analyzer and direct-reading spectrometer.

熟悉金属材料测试相关设备，如万能试验机，金相显微镜，硬度计，SEM-EDS，C/S仪，直读光谱仪等；

Good communication skills

有良好的沟通能力；

Good command of English

较好的英语听说读写能力；

Own ISO9001, ISO14001, VDA6.3 certificate, can audit supplier separately

有ISO9001, ISO14001, VDA6.3 认证证书，能独立进行供应商审核
