Key Responsibilities

  • Drive senior-level and executive recruitment, ensuring high-quality talent selection and strong stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and execute China-wide recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning.
  • Manage recruitment channels, including job boards, referral programs, headhunting firms, and social media platforms, ensuring efficient and cost-effective hiring.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the China talent market.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to provide talent insights, market intelligence, and hiring recommendations.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with proven experience leading recruitment in China.
  • Strong background in managing senior-level and executive hiring.
  • Hands-on experience in employer branding, talent pipeline development, and recruitment channel management.
  • Strong understanding of China’s talent market, recruitment trends, and hiring practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
