职位摘要：
这是一个需要较强实际动手能力,生产一线班组轮班管理的职位，本职位须管理团队的生产产出，效率，确保安全生产，同时须确保技术与工艺符合士卓曼产品的质量要求

主要岗位职责

1. 日常生产
   组织当班生产，达成生产部门各项KPI指标，如：OEE、准时交付率、质量控制等。
   对车间发生的问题进行快速相应，并配合相关部门进行问题解决。
   对一线人员进行管理，保证其操作符合公司制定的标准流程和作业指导书。
   对跨部门合作的任务进行支持。
   参与对车间进行持续改进。
   安排所负责的操作员支持生产需求，安排操作员根据质量要求检验产品，如有问题，需要采取相应措施，并积极着手解决操作中出现的问题。
   当班过程中，紧密地与质量，维修部，后道， EHS部门及其他相关的装置进行合作和沟通。
   当班过程中按照操作手册保存和记录生产数据，管理层的指示和其他统计数据，做好班组的交接，不仅口头交班，而且要在记录中进行描述。
   承担管理层指派的其他任务。

2. 安全职责
   遵守公司EHS政策、程序和工作指令；
   作为生产主管助理，领导班组安全生产工作，协调解决班组安全生产工作中存在的问题，并及时将存在的问题向主管领导汇报。
   组织并参加有关的安全活动，如安全谈话：班前讲安全、班中检查安全、班后总结安全；
   提供员工岗位安全培训，作为新进员工的师傅候选人。
   定期检查日常工作场所的潜在危险，并采取适当行动消除它;
   保持工作场所的整洁

3. 团队管理
   协助主管完善车间管理体系与制度。
   负责员工排班计划，根据生产需求合理安排出勤，管理员工日常考勤。
   负责激励员工，提高生产效率，改进设备利用率和产品质量或效率。
   负责所管理团队的人员招聘，晋升和日常行为管理。管理直属员工的定期绩效考评。

资质要求
中专或以上学历，数控机加工或相关专业
5年以上CNC纵切机加工工作经验，并至少有2年生产一线。
能看懂英语优先录用。
有医疗器械类似行业经验，优先录用。

知识及能力要求：
注重细节和高质量
可以熟练使用常用的办公软件，如：Excel、Word。
良好的沟通能力。
可以快速接受新鲜事物，学习能力强。

工作环境和身体要求
常规办公环境和生产环境。可能暴露于与制造设备和工具相关的危险中。可能需要适度举重。需要手部灵活性和操纵小物体的能力。

Position Summary:
This is a position that requires strong hands-on ability and on-site shift supervisory position. The individual in this position ensures technical and process compliance to Straumann product quality requirements while focusing on leading the group towards maximum productivity, efficiency, and safe work practices.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

1. Daily Production
   Organize daily production and achieve the production KPIs, including: OEE\OTD\Quality....
   Quick response to the problem happened in shopfloor, and support relevant departments to do the problem solving.
   Manage the direct labors to make sure their work compliances with the SOP\WI.
   Support the cross-functional tasks.
   Implement the continuous improvements in the shopfloor.
   In command of shift operators to support daily production, to inspect parts according to quality requirement and take actions if need, take the initiative to solve the operation problems.
   Cooperate and communicate with QC, maintenance, Secondary, EHS and other relevant plats closely when on duty.
   Save the record production data, management direction and other stat. data in terms of operation manual when on duty. Doing the hand over properly, describe in shift logbook.
   Take other tasks assigned from plant management.

2. Responsibility of Safety
   Compliance the company EHS policy, procedures and working instructions.
   As assist of production supervisor, take overall responsibility for the safety of the shift team, coordinate to solve all the EHS issues in his/her shift, and report all the existing issues to his/her supervisor.
   Organize and participate in the relevant safety activities, e.g. safety short talks to emphasize safety before, during and after working;
   Educate the employee on job safety, and as mentor candidates for fresh operators.
   Routinely inspect the workplace for potential hazards and eliminate thereof.
   Always practice good housekeeping and keep workplace clean.

3. Team Management
   Assist the workshop supervisor in improving the workshop management system and regulations.
   Manage employee time and attendance.
   Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality or efficiency.
   Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, promotions and discipline. conducts regular performance review for direct employees.

Qualifications
Vocational School or above education in CNC machining or related discipline
Minimum 5 years in CNC machining with Swiss style lathe and at less 2 years shift production management experience.
Can read English language will be preferred.
Has work experience in the same industry will be preferred.

Required Knowledge and Skills:
Attention to fine detail and high quality.
Proficiency on using the office software, such as Excel\Word…
Good communication skills.
Accept new things quickly and have a strong learning ability.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
General office environment and manufacturing environment. May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools. May require moderate lifting. Requires manual dexterity and the ability to manipulate small objects.
Overseas training in European.
