Job purpose 工作目的：
•Support daily management and maintenance of main raw material and service vendor to ensure compliance with BeiGene requirements.
支持主要原料/服务供应商的日常管理及维护，确保供应商符合百济要求。
Main responsibilities 主要职责：
• Support new supplier/material qualifications to ensure that they meet BeiGene’s requirements. Regularly maintain approved supplier list.
支持对新供应商/物料的资格认定，确保加入的供应商/物料能符合百济的要求，定期维护合格供应商清单。
•Support periodic reassessment of material and service supplier. Maintain the Supplier in eQMS.
支持对物料/服务商进行定期再评估，并在供应商管理系统进行维护。
•Support supplier complaints’ handling to ensure closure within the required time limit.
支持供应商投诉管理，确保供应商投诉在规定时限内关闭。
•Support suppliers change control handling
支持供应商变更管理。
•Follow the company EHS policy and procedure: fulfill responsibility of EHS related regulation, timely report EHS accident and risk.
遵守公司各项 EHS规章制度：履行 EHS相关法规责任，及时汇报 EHS相关的事故及隐患。
Any other assignment is determined by supervisor.
