Responsibilities
•Support patient experience project implementation and management
•Assist in handling other incoming internal requests to ensure timely responses;
•Provide necessary support to events that team involved
•Perform any job-related assignments as required
Requirements
•Bachelor degree or above
•> 3 years solid experience in project management, prefer patient support experience
•Self-motivated, high sense of responsibilities, customer-service mindset and details oriented
•Excellent communication / interpersonal skill.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle priorities
•Perform activities in a timely and accurate manner
•Good attributes of attention to details
•oral & written English and Chinese, good PC skills.
