Summary of Position:
1. General: Project Manager for Embedded PCB development. Leading international client relations and technical execution with a requirement for full professional English proficiency.
2. Focus: Project planning, coordinating and delivery.
3. Responsibilities: Scope, budget, schedule, stakeholder management, risk assessment, project report and documentation.
4. Primary Goal: Delivering project on time and within budget, prepare reports updates and project documentation.
Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Lead dedicated development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.
2. Provide comprehensive technical risk assessments, capital expenditure (CapEx) estimates, development timelines, and resource planning for new projects or concepts initiated by AE (application engeneering).
3. Prepare and coordinate detailed reports and documentation to facilitate effective knowledge transfer for both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all tasks, open items, and qualifications are completed prior to project closure.
4. Configure and maintain multiple projects within the AT&S project management tool, ensuring real-time updates to project content and status. Conduct regular evaluations of project risks—including technical, scheduling, resource, and support risks—and escalate issues when necessary.
5. Seeking Technical Expert to provide expertise in a specific technical area. Will collaborate with senior specialists and engineers to drive project success.
6. Define and transfer work packages to TDI managers for assignment and work package progress monitoring.
7. Effective Communication: strong relationships built through clear, respectful interactions with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirement：
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Materials, Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Project Management certification (Good to have).
3. 5+ years of experience in PCB and/or PCBA process engineering or technology development, with at least 3 years focused NPI or technology development Project Manager. Experience with embedded PCB is a strong advantage.
4. Experience in managing POC/NPI sample production and customer reports in english.
5. Understanding of PCB manufacturing process includes substractive/mSAP (better to have) solution.
6. Good to have: understanding of electrical testing for active and passive components, pick and place process and inspection. Knowledge of PCB material, relam process and registration system.
7. Leadership, interpersonal skills and effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.
8. Excellent analytical skills for complex problem-solving and a strong foundation in Design of Experiments (DOE).
9. Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for project documentation, stakeholder management, and technical reporting.
10. Good presentation skills.
