Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Initial screen of the incoming application materials briefly.
2. Base on HC budget and cost budget to implement recruiting plan.
3. Control recruiting cost and effective recruiting cycle.
4. Develop and maintain different kinds of recruiting channels to ensure their effectiveness.
5. Generate report for hiring update timely.
6. Establish and enlarge talent database within industry.
7. Participate in recruiting related projects including but not limit to campus recruiting, process standardization, etc.
8. Other Job assignment from superior.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above 2 years talent acquisition related experience.
2. Good communication skills, including patient listening and excellent expressing.
3. Good English skill.
4. PC application software skill.
5. Good analysis skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
8. Good presentation and negotiation skills.
