Your Responsibilities
1. Non-confirming activities: FA/risk assessment (reliability test)/commonality; Issue identification(product/process deviation); Summary report/lot disposition(scrap/release//off spec/rework…)
2. Quality System Improvement: Support or responsible for system set up and optimization to better monitor or to improvement efficiency and reduce waste or error-proof, etc.
3. Team Development: Internal key learning sharing, training of whole team of related process, back up plans set up and support other QEs in need. Different processes knowledge enhancement
4. Develop methods for inspection, testing, sampling to improve quality level：Find problems faster, improve product quality, and cost saving.
5. Quality System Improvement: Support or responsible for system set up and optimization to better monitor or to improvement efficiency and reduce waste or error-proof, etc.
6. Quality document/procedure optimization: Quality related documents regularly review and update. Quality related procedures optimization for working smart and efficiency improvement
7. Project Management: Participate or lead project to support yield improvement, error-proof, customer requirements, etc.
8. Other Job assignment from superior: Based on actual tasks requirements.
Your Profile
1. Technical education on higher level (preferably with specialisation in chemistry or process engineering), experience in related industry advantageous.
2 .Basic knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9000, QS 9000 and TS16949).
3. Works independently.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Stress resistant.
7. Precise and open communication.
8. Familiar with MS Office Package (Word, Excel).
9. Familiar with Minitab, Mindmap.
