Responsibilities：
• BC Manpower management
• Familiar with working hours and EICC regulation
• Familiar with manpower calculation for CM/PM
• Completed technical education. Technical college specialised in electrical or mechanical engineering
• 5 years of experience in similar position within maintenance department.
• Ability to get down to work in case of problems. Extremely practical orientation
• Knowledge of QMS like IATF 16949
• Knowledge of quality tool like FMEA, CP, SPC, MSA
• Written and oral English.
• Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel).
• Good stress management skills
• Good communication skills
