Main Job Scop:
1.计划和管理学生午餐和学校活动的食物准备。
Plan and manage food preparation for student lunches and school activities.
2. 创建符合学校要求的菜单,为所有年级提供均衡的食物营养。

3. 与采购部合作,确保食品供应品牌、质量、供货和收货流程以及食品成本控制。
Work with purchasing on food supply brands, quality, supply delivery & received procedure and food cost control.
4. 根据FDA的要求,监督和管理厨房员工的活动和培训。
Supervise and manage kitchen staff's activities and training according to FDA requirements.
5. 遵守营养卫生法规和安全标准。
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
6. 安排设备采购和维修。
Arrange for equipment purchase and repairs.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1. 6-8年西餐、宴会或餐饮服务厨师长工作经验。
Proven 6-8 years working experience as Head Chef in Western Kitchen, Banquet or Catering Service.
2.有良好的厨房管理记录,领导能力强。

3. 能够委派多个任务,并能有效地发现和解决问题。
Capable of delegating multiple tasks with ability to spot & resolve problems efficiently.
4. 熟悉各种计算机软件(MS office, PPT, KPL软件)。
Working knowledge of various computer software program include (MS office, PPT, KPL software).
5. 西方烹饪学校毕业证书和额外的营养证书将优先考虑。
Degree in western culinary school certificate and additional nutrition certificate will be advantage.
6. 能用流利的中英文进行交流。有在中国工作经验的外籍人士优先。
Be able to communicate fluent in Chinese & English. Expatriate preferred with working experience in China.
