工作职责(Work responsibility):

1. 根据公司战略,制定年度销售策略和方案,并跟踪实施

Make annual sales strategy and plan according to the company's strategy, follow up and carry it out

2. 负责管辖地区的客户开发和销售,完成整个订单的全程跟踪和回款

Responsible for customer development and sales in the specified area area, complete the whole process tracking and payment collection of the whole order

3. 完成公司制定的销售目标,努力拓宽业务渠道,不断扩大公司产品市场占有率。

Based on the sales target,complete sales tasks and strive to broaden business channels, continuously expand the market share of the company's products.

4. 协助总部完成公司和产品的宣传工作,加强公司在当地的品牌知名度

Assist the headquarters to complete the publicity work of the company and products, strengthen the brand awareness of the company in the local area

5. 配合总部进行市场调研,包括不限于竞争对手情况,新品在当地的市场前景,法规法规等

Cooperate with headquarters to conduct market research, including not limited to competitors, local market prospects of new products, laws and regulations, etc.

岗位要求(Job requirements):

1. 热爱销售工作,主观能动性强

Love the sales job, strong activeness

2. 能适应出差,良好的沟通能力,高度责任感和团队合作精神

Adapt to traveling on business,good communication ability,high sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit

3. 有丰富的塑料行业销售经验(五年以上),熟悉当地改性料市场,特别是汽车改性料或线缆料,其他如石化、薄膜、管材行业

Rich sales experience in plastic industry(over 5 years), familiar with local plastic compounding industry especially automotive compounding or HFFR cable compounding, others like Petrochemical, film, pipe industry

4. 具有市场分析和洞察能力,能积极处理贸易过程中的各种复杂问题

Good ability of market analysis and insight skills, be able to actively deal with all kinds of complicated problems in the trade process
