[Recruiting]
1.Partner with HRMs to fulfill the vacancies by identifying of recruiting requirements, communicating ongoing delivery/changes and providing value-added consultation, and quick recruiting service, manage end-to-end recruiting process to ensure high quality of talent delivery;
2. Partner with HRMs to continuously develop and optimize the processes and initiatives of recruiting;
3.Lead initiatives to promote recruiting activities both internally and externally
4.Fully utilize and manage the recruiting resources to improve the efficiency and effectiveness, build-up network with new resources;
5.Conduct pre-screening for collected resumes as threshold and provide the potential candidates to HRMs and hiring managers for physical interview with supporting on interview scheduling;
6.Maintain the relations with potential candidates who are in-process, provide in-time information to the candidates;
7.Seek partner/customer feedback proactively to identify areas for recruitment process improvement, standardization, efficiency and effectiveness within assigned process;
8.Staffing efficiency analysis and process management in China
9.Maintain and update the reports of recruiting activities
10.Maintain and manage workflow and relevant documents in HR system
11.Create an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience in the recruiting process, proactively improve dashboard measures around quality of candidates, time to fill and cost of hire with a strong focus on the key business capabilities needed.
[Training]
1.Partner with HRMs to deliver the training activities by identifying of training needs;
2.Design, update and promote the annual training manual/plan;
3.Coordinate the training activities by communicating with internal business partners and external suppliers to ensure all trainings are conducted on-time with high efficiency and effectiveness;
4.Facilitate and deliver Orientation for new hires;
5.Support Cluster learning coordinator to deliver projects and programs for China;
6.Maintain and consolidate training materials and reports for archiving and sharing;
7.Maintain and manage training data in HR system as LMS admin;
8.Seek partner/customer feedback proactively to identify areas for training process improvement, standardization, efficiency and effectiveness within assigned process;
