We are looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Specialist, who will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain management, including procurement planning, inventory optimization, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment to ensure stable supply, healthy inventory levels, and efficient delivery.

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will mainly be responsible for the following:

- Handle day-to-day communication with suppliers regarding purchase orders and shipping schedules,

- Coordinate pull-in or postponement requests as needed.

- Coordinate global shipments from suppliers in China, Vietnam, Thailand.

- Maintain effective communication with freight forwarders and handle shipments smoothly.
与货运代理保持高效沟通，确保运输过程顺畅无误。
- Ensure 100% data accuracy in SAP and vendor portals through regular updates.
日常更新supply portal系统，确保数据准确无误。
- Independently responsible for arranging shipments for international sales orders, including booking with customers’ freight forwarders and preparing all shipping documents.
独立负责国际销售订单出货安排，包括同客户货代订舱，以及准备出货文件。

To ensure successes as a Supply Chain Specialist, you are expected to have the following:

- A background in Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in the electronics industry is a strong plus.
