Main Objectives / Area of impact / Influence on business and organisation:
Focus on the ROA marketing to extend the existing ViClean Products and other out sourcing with existing supplier in our sourcing network. Apply contious improvement to ROA feedback. Manage the portfolio within the ROA PM together to development new ViCleans or other products with internal and outside resources in China.
1. Task : Lead Maintenance activities to ROA
- Manage and lead maintenance projects within the ROA region
- Manage the portfolio in terms of specification, functionality and performance in the field in close cooperation with after sales and customer service
- Take responsibility for improvement, life cycle management and cost down activities for the ViClean portfolio or others
2. Task : Continues improvement to existing product
- Work closely with product management, Sales & After Sales to discuss feasibility of implementation of better quality into existing projects
- Manage internal and external supplier to Increase / improve claim behavior and assign supplier responsibility
- Give ideas to how extend the existing product portfolio to more ROA countries.
3. Task : Certification, Qualification & Verification Management
- Support all certification activities within the ViClean portfolio to ROA
- Work with certification body to the factory audit, and annual validation.
- Define quality standard and develop qualification and verification measures as well as testing procedures to ensure the premium quality standard of V&B
4. Task : Support Sales & After Sales to ROA
- Counsel and train MKT & Sales, and technical support personnel in the ViClean product or others
- Collect information and claims from the market, translate them into correct measures and ensure the premium V&B service level
- Coordinate with global product development team, purchasing and product management and lead improvement projects
Required Qualification
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field required
Type and length of necessary job experience :
A minimum of 4-6 years experience, preferred in Electronic Toilet industry, or home appliances industry.
Specific Knowledge (only essential specific knowledge; e.g. language skills if mandatory): Skillful English, familiar with new product development process.
