关键职责:
 编制、修订产品质量检验标准等文件;
 负责运用统计技术文件分析产品质量状况,并提出相关措施;
 负责接收并发布客户投诉,ICM&CCM;
 监督投诉处理的过程,并及时更新投诉处理记录,定期向领导汇报处理进程;
 安排相关人员进行现场检查,并会同相关部门分析投诉问题原因,协调相关部门制定处理方案;
 协调因投诉而重新加工的产品的发货,并同时协调相关部门将有问题的产品返厂进行检查;
 负责本部门员工考勤的管理;
 负责完善公司的ISO体系文件,并组织相关部门相关人员进行内、外审;
 监督整个生产过程质量管理

 Key Responsibilities: 
 Compile and revise the “Production’s Checking Regulation”, “Materials Acceptance Regulation and Checking Regulation”; 
 Analyze the unqualified productions, and get the solutions; 
 Responsible for managing the ICM&CCM and customer feedbacks; 
 Supervise the process of complaints, and update the documents of ICM&CCM, And report the related information to Plant Manager; 
 Arrange the inspector to do on-site checking on the problems in production, and coordinate with the relevant departments to solve the problems; 
 Coordinate with the related person to send out the reproduced products; 
 Coordinate with the related person to return the products with problems to the company for problem analysis; 
 Conduct the department attendance management; 
 Improve the ISO system and organize the related person to carry on the internal audit and official audit; 
 Supervise the quality management for whole manufacturing process, 
 Other assignments as required by Management. 
Position Qualification Requirement:

College Degree or equivalent education level 
Relevant Experience 
5+ years’ working experience

Excellent in both oral & written English
