Provide Information Technology and Audio-Visual assistance to the Executives, Senior Leaders, and Board of Directors of Dow.
• Support presentations and equipment for senior leadership meetings and events in APAC (including the site engineer based on and remote sites support).
• Coordinate with Hotel IT team on Dow needs and requirements for critical offsite events.
• Coordinate with other Dow technology teams, Collaboration Services, Network Services, and Mobile Services,etc to ensure all required services are available when required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with workstations, mobile devices, printers, and IT resources.
• Support Executive events around the world and work with various venders. (Investor Relations, Leadership Summit, Strategy Week, Board Meetings, etc.)
Provide IT Regional Relationship Maintenance and support to IT service delivery and IT service adoption.
• Support on IT service adoption including but not limited to
o IT Communication/Training Material Preparation, translation, and conduct training sessions.
• Support on IT Relationship Management Activities including
o Prepare for Client Listening Sessions
o Conduct client feedback interviews
o Analysis on customer satisfaction report
• Coordinate among Dow technology teams, incident team, and end users to drive the issue resolution for high impacted issues.
• Assist high impact project design, test, and implementation to avoid requirements gap due to the countries/sites constrains.
• Share the recent changes and relevant impacts to APAC ITRMs and OSSs.
• Attend broadly impacted common service change support such as workstation upgrade, voice service refresh, common application replacement, etc.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of IT experience is required.
• Competent in computer software and hardware troubleshooting
• Basic networking concepts
• Mobile device troubleshooting and management.
• Ability to coordinate external suppliers to achieve successful projects
• Ability to work with all levels of organization from operators to CEO
• Strong level of capability in Audio/Visual technologies
• Flexibility to on call to support VIPs 24/7 as issues occur
• Soft skills for intercommunication
• Fluent spoken English and good at written English.
