工作职责 / Responsibilities:
提供用户桌面支持,包括操作系统和应用软件的安装、配置和故障排除。
Provide desktop support to users, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and application software.

Responsible for hardware support, including maintenance and repair of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
系统和软件支持,包括服务器和网络设备的管理和维护。
System and software support, including management and maintenance of servers and network devices.
基础的网络与电话运维,包括网络连接和电话系统的安装、配置和故障排除。
Basic network and telephone operations, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network connections and telephone systems.
文件与打印服务器的维护,确保文件和打印服务的正常运行。
Maintenance of file and print servers to ensure the normal operation of file and print services.
机房设备的维护,包括服务器、存储设备和网络设备的管理和维护。
Maintenance of data center equipment, including management and maintenance of servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
学历要求 / Educational Requirements:
计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域的学士学位。
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
能力和经验要求 / Skills and Experience Requirements:
熟悉Windows和Linux操作系统的安装、配置和故障排除。
Familiarity with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux operating systems.
具备硬件维护和修理的经验,包括计算机、打印机和其他外围设备。
Experience in hardware maintenance and repair, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
了解网络基础知识,包括TCP/IP协议、路由和交换。
Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP protocols, routing, and switching.
具备服务器和网络设备管理和维护的经验。
Experience in managing and maintaining servers and network devices.
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Good communication skills and team spirit.
具备解决问题的能力和较强的学习能力。
Problem-solving skills and strong learning ability.
良好的英语读写和口语能力。
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
至少3年的相关工作经验。
