Position Summary

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for end-to-end supply chain
execution, ensuring seamless import/export operations, load optimization, and
strong 3PL management skills. This role coordinates with freight forwarders,
suppliers, and internal teams to achieve on-time delivery (OTD), optimize cash
flow, and maintain real-time ERP (Epicor 11) data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Import/Export Operations & Logistics Coordination

·
Execute daily
import/export routines, including documentation (commercial invoices, packing
lists, customs clearance).

·
Liaise with freight
forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipments and
resolve logistics bottlenecks.

·
Monitor shipment status
and escalate delays to Global SCM and suppliers to mitigate risks to OTD.

2. End-to-End
Order Management

·
Track sales order and
purchase orders status from placement to delivery at customer sites.

·
Track shipment status with
suppliers and freight forwarders

·
Maintain accurate records
of order milestones (PO date, shipment date, ETA)

3. International Logistics Support

·
Ensure proper
documentation for international shipments

·
Sort and file Import and
Export declaration sheet.

·
Monthly reviewing for
shipments system data and finance invoice.

·
Regular reconciliation and
request payout for import and export expenses.
