1)培训管理,包括培训需求调查及分析、培训计划、培训的实施及跟踪;Training management, including training needs survey and analysis, Training plan making, Training implementation and follow up.
2) 招聘管理, 根据人员预算进行招聘安排, 人员面试与甄选;Recruitment management, Interview organize, Interview with recruitment department;
3) 员工关系管理; Employee Relations Management;
4)员工入职、离职、员工晋升、转岗、转正、试用、劳动合同管理;Employee on board,leave,promotion, transfer,probation,Labour contract management;
5) 沟通与合作,敬业度调查等各种调查及结果分析,员工活动的策划与组织;commination & teamwork,Employee surveys delivery,Teambuilding organization;
6) 质量/环境/安全职责 Duties of Quality and Environment &Occupational Health & Safety:
7) 领导交办的其他工作Other work assigned by direct leader.
任职要求:
1.熟悉人力资源相关模块 Familiar with HR modules
2.有相关培训、招聘工作经验 Have work experience of training & recruitment
3.熟悉劳动合同法和当地的人力资源管理相关的政策法规Familiar with labor contract law and local human resource management policies and regulations.
4熟练操作电脑,良好的英文水平 software skill and good English
