Manage process validation, challenge tests research projects by preparing technical proposals, developing contracts, on-site services and assigning personnel to ensure quality and completion of the work

Manages FSC Lab processes, supplies, instruments, and equipment to achieve maximum output, in coordination with operation supervisors

与FSC实验室主管一起，管理和跟进项目实验流程、材料供需、设备、仪器，保障项目有序实施

Communication with other project leader to improve quality and/or efficiency of different research processes

与项目同事互相讨论学习，项目中积极协作，促进不同项目高效实施。

Established and perform safety procedures and quality assurance standards (global and local SOPs); ensures the operation of the project to comply.

建立并实施安全操作步骤、质量保证标准（集团或本地SOP），保证项目运作符合要求。

Periodically submit publications, carrying out training courses or presentations relative to Silliker Food Science Center’s work.

定期汇报项目工作、开展客户培训、发表研究论文。

Client’s consulting service regarding related microbial problem shooting etc.

Organize, facilitate and report progress in monthly reports, including technical and financial aspects, cash flow, etc. to the FSC leader and log-in LIMS system.

参与组织项目月报，每月在部门Login、Lims系统中更新项目费用等

Responsible for maintaining revenue by expanding customer base or increasing service capabilities

负责开发客户需求，开发服务能力，保持工作环境，以维持或增加业绩

Communication and negotiation：沟通与谈判

Interface and negotiate with internal and external project stakeholders. Represent the organization in project meetings. Communicates clearly with all vendors and internal operations supervisors, client services manager, and other project coordinators to coordinate and ensure tight implementation of schedule and budget.

公司内外部项目相关人员沟通和交流，参与项目会议，与客户、项目负责人以及公司内部业务、市场人员就项目安排、项目费用等实施沟通

Communication with global client for international project discussions, cooperation with global team for project support

Job Specification任职资格:

A highly proficient knowledge of food microbiology, safety and technology. Ph.D. in microbiology or field related to food science, would be better with a minimum of 2~5 years project management experience in food industry and/or research environment.

精通食品微生物学、安全和技术知识。微生物学或食品科学相关领域研究生学位/博士优先，至少2~5年食品行业经验。

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, presentation and organization skills, ability to produce clear, accurate reports, and the ability to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical teams alike, at all levels including senior management, is needed to work effectively with clients and the leadership team to ensure the best service to the clients.
