Main Duties of the Jobholder
1. Evaluate client’s price form requirement and communicate to related department
2. Generate RFQ for price sourcing
3. Review ITT from clients and RFQs prepared by other departments
4. Prepare bid cost summaries, bid pricing and fill up client price form
5. Generate Yard cost estimate
6. Generate PMT cost estimate
7. Evaluate inputs from other department, such as Mhrs, QAQC Cost, Engineering Cost and CBE & C411
8. Recommends cost saving measures during proposal stage
9. Ensure cost estimates are:
Accurate / free from Errors and Omissions
Consistent with the Bid Strategy
Consistent with the Companies Benchmarking information
10. Perform PROM analysis together with Proposal manager
11. Provide assistance to Proposal Coordinator in cross checking of errors in the new EBS template
12. Present cost summaries and benchmarking to management during bid review
13. Run Monte Carlo @Risk Analysis
14. Provide inputs to Proposal Coordinator for Bid Review Package and Qualification
15. Update the historical database
16. Ensure all the estimating inputs and outputs are saved in share folder properly
17. Besides the above-listed, shall be responsible for other duties assigned by department manager or the company
Requirements:
1. 海洋工程行业背景，熟悉钢结构、管线、电仪等专业图纸和材料
2. 具备基本的英语读写能力
3. 熟练使用办公软件
4. 较强的沟通协调能力。
