【岗位职责】
负责员工日常招聘工作,建立用工渠道及人才储备库。
Responsible for daily recruitment of employees, establishing employment channels and talent reserves.
负责员工培训类工作。
Responsible for employee training related work.
合理调配酒店的人力资源,并提出有效的建议和意见。
Reasonably allocate the hotel's human resources and provide effective suggestions and opinions.
负责各部门人员编制的审核工作。
Responsible for reviewing the staffing of various departments.
负责员工人事档案的管理。
Responsible for managing employee personnel files.
协助建立酒店人事管理相关制度、员工保险 及福利方面的政策。
Assist in establishing hotel personnel management policies, employee insurance and welfare policies.
负责员工活动方案的制定。
Responsible for developing employee activity plans.
其他事务性工作。
Other transactional work.
【岗位要求】
本科以上学历,有相同岗位工作经验5年以上。
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of work experience in the same position.
熟悉员工的有关法规和条例;掌握教育学、心理学以及酒店管理理论。
Familiar with relevant laws and regulations of employees; Master the theories of education, psychology, and hotel management.
熟悉员工的规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
Familiar with the rules, characteristics, and job training procedures of employees.
了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
Understand the requirements of service standards and quality standards for hotel employees.
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
Has good communication and coordination skills.
具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。
Has strong comprehensive writing and oral expression abilities.
