职位描述
岗位职责:
与客户指定联系人和客户内部有影响的人员保持日常沟通Ensures regular communication with client designated contacts and influential people
通过膳食委员会会议、服务调查等方式收集客户意见,与区域经理一起制定行动计划,并负责执行Collects client’s ideas via Food Committee’s meetings, service satisfaction surveys etc, develops action plans with the Area Manager and takes responsibility of the implementation
向上级经理汇报客户业务发展、组织架构,制定联系人等信息变动情况Reports to his/her superior any alternation of Client business, organizational structure and designated contacts etc.
参与、协助区域经理和食品研发部门制定菜单Assists the Area Manager and FOM Department to develop food menus
执行适合的餐饮产品搭配。Implements appropriate matching of offers
根据菜单安排及库存情况订购食品原料Orders food raw materials according to menus and inventory
监督管理食品原料卫生及质量Checks and ensures food raw materials hygiene and quality.
协调食品原料配送中出现的问题Solves problems in the delivery of food raw materials
参与、协助区域经理和食品研发部门制定菜单Assists the Area Manager and FOM Department to develop food menus
执行适合的餐饮产品搭配。Implements appropriate matching of offers
确定食品烹饪安排,确保及时供应Determines food cooking schedules to ensure duly supplies
监督、协调厨师的烹饪工作Supervises and coordinates activities of the cooks
随时检查控制菜肴品质,保障菜品卫生、安全、口味等符合质量标准Inspects and controls the food quality at any time and ensures that food hygiene, safety and taste meet the established standards
任职资格:
教育背景Education Background
职业高中或高中以上学历Vocational school or senior high school and above
工作经验Working Experience
5年以上的餐饮服务经验5 years and above cooking experience
2年以上厨师长岗位经验2 years and above working experience on chef position
专业技能Professional skills
熟练的烹调技能Proficient cooking skills
熟悉公司营业流程及卫生安全制度Familiar with operational procedures and hygiene & safety regulations
食品成本控制知识Knowledge of food cost control
制定菜单的能力Ability of Menu Planning
熟悉独立经营和收取管理费财务管理模式Familiar with Profit & Lost or management fee financial model
通用技能General skills
较强的沟通与协调能力Strong communication skills
良好的服务与团队合作意识Good service and team spirit
较强的团队管理能力 (员工培训、评价以及激励能力)Strong team management skills (staff training, employee appraisal and motivating ability)
外语沟通能力 (根据部门的情况需要)Communication ability in foreign languages (required by specific sites)
紧急事件及处理投诉能力Emergency and complaints handling ability
