Data Management
Assist in collecting and summarizing new
employee onboarding information, campus recruitment offer data.Maintain and
update records related to green card applications

Consolidate and process Monthly
Internal referral notice base on name list
6.
Support as Gcrecruit Ion to
respond and follow recruitment candidates' questions base on standard FAQ

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and
detail-oriented Temporary Campus Recruitment Administrative Assistant to
provide support for campus recuritment program. This role involves assisting
with various administrative tasks related to offeree & NH data management,
and event logistics. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational
skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a
team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Previous administrative or HR experience is
a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking
skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced digital skill such as Power BI, KNIME,
Python is a plus.
Ability to work independently and
collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed
accurately and on time.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive
information.
Proactively identify potential areas for
process improvement and suggest solutions.
