1. Develop “Tooling Photo ID Card” used for tooling receiving inspection. 制作“Tooling Photo ID Card”，用来指导工装的入厂检验。
2. Participate tooling design and be responsible for all the design items/features in terms of tooling quality control and inspection when company is in charge of the tooling design.当公司负责工装设计时，参与工装设计并负责所有工装质量控制和检验相关的质量特性。
3.Direct tooling inspector to generate a TIR when the tooling don’t meet the requirement and disposition the TIR including rework, submitting to customer disposition, use as is and scrap.当工装不满足要求时指导工装检验员出TIR，并处置TIR，包括返修，传客户处置，原样使用，报废。
4. Maintain BTC current tooling procedures in terms of Tooling quality control and inspection.维护公司目前的有关工装质量控制和检验的流程。
5 Design inspection fixture and inspection holding fixture as needed.当需要时，设计检具和检验夹具。
6. Develop “Periodical Tooling Inspection Procedure” for both category II and III tooling and obtain customer approval for category II tooling.制作二类工装和三类工装的定期检验流程，对于二类工装需要获得客户批准。
7. Coordinate related focal for category II tooling approval including data collection.协调相关人员进行二类工装的客户认证，包括数据搜集。
8. Participate new tooling try out process and solve problems in regard to quality control and inspection.参与新工装试模过程，解决所有工装质量控制和检验相关的问题。
9. Other duties or projects as assigned and required. 分配或要求的其他责任或任务。

任职要求：

1. Engineering University degree. More than 5 years’ experience on QE, ME or TE, preferably in the aviation manufacturing industry.工科本科学历。五年以上工艺工程师，质量工程师或工装工程师经验，航空制造业优先。

2. Tooling manufacture and design knowledge, composite fabrication and assembly basic knowledge. Aerospace Basic Technologies, AS9100.具备工装制造和设计知识，复材制造和装配的基础知识，航空基础知识，AS9100。

3. Sufficient Knowledge of the company’s Tooling control process.充分了解公司工装管理过程。

4. Good English reading and writing skills. 良好的英语读写能力。
