职位描述

    1、 负责公司品牌与数字营销项目,制订、传达并实施一套全面整合的品牌与数字营销战略,以提升斯图尔特产品在全球范围内的目标市场中的品牌知名度和市场占有率;Overseeing the company's brand and digital marketing projects, formulating, communicating, and implementing a comprehensive integrated brand and digital marketing strategy to enhance the brand awareness and market share of Stewart products in target markets worldwide;

    2、 全面负责根据本地市场需求、市场路径、竞争环境以及公司目标,制定并执行品牌与数字营销战略,优化营销组合;aking full responsibility for developing and executing brand and digital marketing strategies based on local market demands, market pathways, competitive environment, and company objectives, optimizing the marketing mix;

    3、通过分析内部与外部数据,不断优化品牌与数字营销策略;Continuously refining brand and digital marketing strategies through the analysis of internal and external data

    4、监督品牌定位与概念、产品开发、数字创新解决方案与服务、包装设计、数字营销活动、公共关系、市场调研、代理商简报等战略的内部沟通与实施;Supervising the internal communication and implementation of strategies related to brand positioning and concepts, product development, digital innovation solutions and services, packaging design, digital marketing campaigns, public relations, market research, and agency briefings;

    5、负责确保品牌核心元素在国际与国内市场中的一致性和所有权;Ensuring the consistency and ownership of brand core elements in both international and domestic markets

    6、 负责制定以客户为中心的数字营销战略与生态系统,涵盖数字社交媒体、搜索引擎、网站、内容营销以及公共关系;Developing customer-centric digital marketing strategies and ecosystems, encompassing digital social media, search engines, websites, content marketing, and public relations;

    7、制定本地与国际品牌提案、概念、活动及传播计划;Formulating local and international brand proposals, concepts, campaigns, and communication plans;

    8、提供适当的销售信息与工具,协助销售部门;Providing appropriate sales information and tools to assist the sales department;

    9、制定并实施市场与客户计划,包括搜寻并布局目标市场;Developing and implementing market and customer plans, including searching and laying out target markets;

    10、利用信息工具搜寻特定产品的目标市场和目标客户;Utilizing information tools to search for target markets and customers for specific products;

    11、组织推广斯图尔特品牌的国内外贸易展览会;Organizing domestic and international trade shows to promote the Stewart brand;

    12、负责在团队中培养以客户为中心的数据驱动营销文化;Fostering a customer-centric, data-driven marketing culture within the team;

    13、确保对竞争环境进行持续且详细的分析;Ensuring continuous and detailed analysis of the competitive environment;

    14、预防法律问题或打击竞争对手的非法行为;Preventing legal issues or combating illegal activities by competitors;

    15、领导安排的其他临时性任务;Leading other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

    16、市场营销相关专业应届生优先;Fresh graduates majoring in marketing are preferred
