Key Duties & Responsibilities

1、Review all QA/QC procedures of the Contractors to determine their compliance with the requirements of their respective Contracts and their adequacy for their proposed application and to notify the Contractors accordingly

2、Review and approve, alter, amend or reject all Contractors’ inspection and test plans (ITP) as it deems appropriate to the nature and service of the items to be tested

3、Monitor the Contractors’ compliance with the QA/QC requirements of their respective Contracts

4、Review and as appropriate accept the Contractors’ hold, review and witness points in the construction programme relating to each ITP and also to permit inspection and testing of work prior to it being covered up to avoid incorporation into the Facilities of material and equipment with latent defects

5、Inspect mechanical installations (pumps, rotating equipment, piping) to verify compliance with design and specs.

6、Monitor welding, alignment, foundation grouting, hydrostatic testing, and commissioning activities.

7、Execute mechanical completion checks and dimensional inspections.

8、Raise inspection records, NCRs, and ensure closure of quality issues.

9、Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and client QA teams.

10、Uphold on-site safety and QA/QC procedures.

Requirements

1、5+ years of QA/QC experience in mechanical works in heavy industry—mining, oil & gas, or power plants.

2、Familiar with Conveyor, pump, material handling equipment(such as stacker, reclaimer), crusher ect.

3、Proficient with mechanical inspection techniques and standards (e.g., ASME, API).

4、Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

5、Strong reporting and communication skills in English.

7、执行机械竣工检查和尺寸检查。

8、建立检验记录，NCR，并确保质量问题的解决。

9、协调施工，调试和客户QA团队。

10、维护现场安全和QA/QC程序。

岗位要求

1、5年以上工业、采矿、石油天然气或发电厂机械工程QA/QC经验。

2、熟悉输送机，泵，物料搬运设备（如堆料机，取料机，长距离胶带机），破碎机等设备安装、检验及验收。

3、熟练掌握机械检测技术和标准（如ASME， API）。

4、机械工程或相关专业本科以上学历。

5、较强的英语报告和沟通能力。
