岗位职责:

Job Responsibility:

●Collaborate with product developers to completely understand product specification, qualification and reliability requirements and identify potential reliability risks from design, process and materials.

●Prepare qualification test plan includes stress items, test condition, test sequences, sample size needed, pass/fail criteria and reliability test (failure rate) plan and get it approved.

●Conduct qualification and reliability test properly and timely, lead failure analysis (when occur) with product developer and make it closed by improvement and validation. Prepare and release qualification test report to product developed and PM.

●Organize qualification review meetings with product developers, PM, process engineering and quality engineers to make sure reliability requirements are completely verified and reach a GO/NO-GO agreement from reliability perspective and ORT plan shall be also aligned.

●Maintain and update ORT plan based on product forecast, quality performance, ORT results and changes etc.

●Collaborate with process engineering and quality engineering to make sure risks regarding design changes, process changes and material changes are completely identified and well verified.

●Ensure reliability tests are properly conducted and timely completed and release test reports.
