Job Responsibility:

●Components status survey for the potential reliability risk identification.

●Evaluates, analyzes and determines the selection of reliable and proven materials and components. ●Determines reliability specification requirements of component, module and subsystems.

●Develop a reliability verification plan based on identified potential risk and the specification from customers

●Implement qualification plan and generate accurate interim and final qualification reports for internal or external customers

●Lead the DFMEA documentation generation

●Lead FA process

●Compliance certification application

●Develop new acceleration techniques and analytical tools to assure the early identification of potential problems with new product design, packaging and processes.

●Product and process development technology review and documentation.

●Specialist technical support for customer enquiries.

●New product design reliability programs and planning.

●Take lead data collection and analysis and produce formal reports to external customers.

●Support and Sustaining Engineering

任职要求:

Job Requirements:

●Ph. D degree, major in Engineering, Science or equivalent with major in Material Science or Photonics.

●3+ years of experience in engineering/science operations.

●3+ years of product reliability experience in product development.

●Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others.

●Experience with problem analysis and resolution.

●Proven track record of continuous improvement.

●Able to develop long-term plans, programs and goals, to evaluate work accomplishments and provide effective feedback.

●FMEA experience and reporting.

●Product Development Process experience and disciplines.

●Experience with Design in Reliability techniques and advanced testing techniques.
