Responsibilities
●Responsible for crystal products fabrication and growth.
●Conduct evaluation on the product such as raw materials, special fixtures or tooling, special consumables and so on after the evaluation of customer requirements indicators.
●Abtain the application information from sales department, understand customer’s inquiry, then provide feasible process plans and cost.
●Organize the preparation and design/revision of process documents to standardize, including work instructions, process cards, process key control parameter, records.
●Product cost down and production process improvement.
●Focus on product quality, fully meet customer needs and continuous improvement.
Requirements
●Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred, majored in material, optics, physics.
●Experience in crystal growth and optical product fabrication.
●More than 1 year experience in the optical industry or optical engineering, especially excellent fresh graduates also accepted.
●Master laser optical principle and design, knowledge about optical tools like Zemax.
●Good at English speaking listening and writing.
