Job Responsibilities岗位职责：

1. Be fully responsible for the management and control of the DCC
document system and customer file management.

全面负责DCC 文件体系管控及客户文件管理。

2. Establish customer requirement profiles, complete operational
documents for different customer products, and file them accordingly.

建立客户需求档案，完成不同客户产品操作文件并归档。

3. Regularly organize document approval meetings and complete the
document change process.

定期组织文件审批会议，完成文件变更流程。

4. Maintain the document distribution system on a daily basis to
ensure the validity of the documents.

日常维护文件发放系统，确保文件有效期。

5. Assist with system and customer audits, and track the completion
of corrective actions.

协助体系及客户审核，跟踪完成改善措施。

6. Other tasks assigned by the superior.

领导安排的其他工作。

职位要求：

- 本科及以上学历，电子、工程类、质量管理类或相关专业。

- 具备良好的英文沟通能力。

- 具备较强的解决问题能力和抗压能力。
