Participate in daily project development, including proposing systematic solutions, organizing solution verification, product trial installation, etc., discovering and solving customer problems from a system perspective.

参与汽车零部件日常项目开发，包括提出系统化方案、组织方案验证、产品试装等工作，发现并从系统角度解决客户问题。

Participate in technical solutions, quality development, and process plan reviews of customers and internal project teams and put forward relevant suggestions.

参与客户和内部项目团队的技术方案、质量开发、工艺方案评审，并提出相关建议。

Assist the sales team and support technical exchanges, scheme discussions, product optimization, and training at the client end.

协助销售团队，支持客户端技术交流、方案讨论及产品优化、培训等。

Support product VAVE work, propose technical solutions or suggestions, and participate in scheme reviews.

支持产品 VAVE 工作，提出技术方案或者建议，参与方案评审。

Participate in the research of new technologies, new standards and regulations and participate in new product development.

参与新技术、新标准和法规的调研，参与新产品开发工作。

Collect product-related system knowledge from the market and clients, establish a database and product technical specifications.

从市场及客户端搜集产品相关的系统知识，建立数据库和产品技术规范。

任职要求:

ŸBachelor degree or above, master

s degree is preferred, majoring in mechanical engineering or vehicle engineering.

大学本科以上学历，优选硕士研究生，机械、车辆工程相关专业；

ŸMore than 3 years of product development experience in the automotive industry .

3 年以上汽车行业产品开发经验；

ŸMaster office software such as Word and Excel, and be familiar with CAD drawing software.

掌握 Word、Excel 等办公软件，熟悉 CAD 制图软件；

ŸRigorous, stable and cheerful, with strong communication skills, plan execution ability and the spirit of innovation.

严谨、稳重、开朗，具有较强的沟通能力、计划执行能力和勇于创新的精神；

ŸFluent in English.

英语流利。
