Responsibilities
1. Define and champion the digital experience vision and roadmap for the organization.
2. Oversee the delivery of exceptional digital experiences across all platforms and channels.
3. Lead cross-functional teams (UI/UE, Frontend, Digital Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment and execution of digital initiatives.
4. Set and monitor KPIs for digital experience quality, engagement, and conversion.
5. Drive innovation in personalization, A/B testing, and user journey optimization.
6. Ensure digital experience standards, usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
7. Report on digital experience performance and recommend strategic improvements to senior management.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in digital leadership roles.
3. Proven track record in digital transformation and experience management.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and user experience best practices.
6. Experience with large-scale CMS and personalization tools.
7. Experience in omnichannel digital strategy (preferred).
8. Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product management (preferred).
9. Knowledge of data-driven marketing and customer journey mapping (preferred).
