Your role:

Role and Responsibilities

1. Provide business and IT liaisons as main-contact-window and major communication channel to the business.


2. Provide inputs to ensure IT Strategy is aligned with the business needs and in support of Business Strategy.


3. Manage demands, projects and services in your area of responsibility.


4. Take full responsibility for the digitalization, covering demands management,
   implementation, compliance and maintenance activities


5. Drive the innovation solution or process change to provide more efficient
   operation.


6. Understand,measure, drive and report customer satisfaction from senior/key
   stakeholder perspective.

Requirements

1. At least 10 years of professional experience as IT Business Analyst or IT Business Partner, 5 years in team lead / management role.

2. Strong knowledge in the area of manufacturing. Manufactory ERP, MES, APS, Data, AI project experience

3. Advanced software development skills is a plus. E.g. .Net, Java, Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, RPA, BPM, Data, AI etc.

4. Be familiar with enterprise application architecture is a plus.

5. Understand IT infrastructure and IT operation process and IT compliance process is a plus.

6. Previous experience in a Multinational Corporation with Industry background preferred.

7. Passion and proven experience working in a multicultural environment.

8. Excellent person to person communication skills are required, with a track record of relationship building and liaison with business functions.

9. The ability to work on your own initiatives/ be able to work to tight deadlines.

10. Fluent in written and spoken English.
