Chain & Supplier Quality Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supply Chain & Supplier Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing and optimizing our supply chain, particularly for our MILDTL-38999 project. You will be responsible for coordinating with our strategic suppliers, ensuring product quality, and continuously improving our processes.

JOB REPONSABILITIES：工作职责：

• Supply Chain & Quality Management: Manage the supply chain and ensure
quality for the MIL-DTL-38999 Circle connector project.

• 供应链与质量管理：负责 MIL-DTL-38999 圆形连接器项目的供应链管理及质量保障。

• Supplier Coordination: Coordinate and communicate effectively with our
Chinese and other strategic supplier.

• 供应商协调：与中国及其他地区的战略供应商进行高效沟通与协调。

• Lead audits, resolve non-conformities, ensure compliance

• 主导审计工作，解决不合格问题，确保合规性。

• Logistics & Planning: Oversee logistics operations, production planning,
and supplier performance monitoring.

• 物流与计划：监督物流运营、生产计划及供应商绩效监控。

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement,
propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.

• 持续改进：识别流程改进机会，提出解决方案并实施纠正措施。

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS任职资格 / 技能：

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in supply chain or
supplier quality.

• 至少 3-5 年供应链或供应商质量相关岗位经验。

Fluent English is required.

• 英语流利。

• Experience in the circular connectors, defense, or aerospace sector is a
strong asset.

• 具备圆形连接器、国防或航空航天领域经验者优先。

• Solid knowledge of quality standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).

• 精通质量标准与法规（如 ISO 9001）。

• Ability to lead, organize, and coordinate supply chain activities.

• Optimize, analyze, and monitor component inventory levels.

• Identify risks such as deviations, workload fluctuations, bottlenecks, and
blocking points.

• Analyze and monitor supply chain performance indicators.
