职位描述
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Bridge IT with business functions for the purpose of technology strategy planning, solution discovery, service management, risks, and relationship management.
2. Proactively identify and promote technology opportunities to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business processes.
3. Partner with business leadership and other IT stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects.
4. Drive and manage China IT teams in executing new initiatives as well as optimizing ongoing operations.
5. Program or project manager key IT system implementation initiatives.
6. Understand market challenges, including customer priorities and competitive issues.
7. Build and maintain relationships with regional and global IT teams
8. Manage Local IT vendors.
9. Scale and mature the Azure/Ali-Cloud security framework, solutions, and capabilities.
10. Eliminate waste and achieve Infrastructure & Azure/Ali-Cloud OpEx targets.
11. Partner with the Global IT Team to standardize program visibility and tracking in areas of performance, documentation, and reporting.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Qualifications:
1. Proven 5+ year experience in managing IT for Consumer related industries.
2. Ability to Strategize, shape and drive the IT agenda to meet Business needs, good understanding of Service management (ITIL) principles.
3. Proven ability to leverage Agile principles to break down and prioritize complex business problems for faster and more impactful value delivery.
4. 5+ years' industry experience with: SaaS solutions, cloud platforms such as Ali-Cloud and AWS; Program management.
5. Strong leadership and relationship building capability to own and lead the agenda to deliver business value and growth.
6. Strong end-to-end business process analysis capabilities with good understanding of SAP, Business Intelligence, CRM, e-Commerce, and other systems.
7. Having a natural outside-in curiosity, ability to identify future trends, drive Innovation and Ideation
8. Strong Presentation and Advanced Conceptual Selling skills
9. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
10. Fluent oral and written working English.
11. Strong capability of IT solution for different business model.
12. Strong Vendor and People Management skills.
