Responsibilities:
-Communicating with the Client's Real Estate team and internal stakeholders.
-Coordinate multiple China or oversea business real estate transactions and support with execution of operational/ real estate requirements.
-Review of lease documents and becoming familiar with negotiation process & terminology. Prepare lease abstract for key terms and support during the negotiation process with landlords.
-Prepare and update various reports (ie. weekly/monthly/quarterly reports;city strategy report;renewal vs. relocation valuation report;close-out report;etc);ability to support finance analyses (including CF;NPV;P&L).
-Attend regular conference calls with CRE Team;local brokers and other parties.
-Prepare a critical lease events tracker and initiate projects on time in partnership with the JLL Account lead.
-Collect and evaluate real estate market and property data on a regional and global levels.
-Ability to prepare portfolio analysis;market rent assessment;Evaluate Client's building from a qualitative and quantitative perspective.
-Various documents Translation.
Requirements:
-Ideally 6-8 general work experience or 2-4 years medium real estate experience.
-Fluent Mandarin & English(writingreadinglisteningspeaking)
-Good working knowledge of Outlook;MS Excel (PivotTable) and basic PowerPoint formatting skills.
-Well-organized person with a creative mind;attention to details and proven analytical skills.
-Time management skills & ability to work under time pressure.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure at work.
-Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities often without a clear operating structure or mandate.
-Team player with good communication skills (both verbal and written).
