岗位职责:

内部交流
Internal communication

-独立负责人类营养产品研发与创新研究项目的科学支持，包括原料量效评估、产品配方设计、机理分析、参与创新研究项目设计等。
-Responsible for science support of human dietary supplement development and innovation independently, including ingredient dosage and efficacy analysis, formula design， mechanism analysis and research.

-负责产品科学信息的对内转化与交流，包括产品故事、技术卖点、市场物料审核、研究项目支持，为市场行为、相关公共事务等提供科学支持
-Responsible for internal science translation and communication, including product story, technical selling point, market material review, marketing behavior and other public affairs science support;


外部沟通
External communication

-参与外部科学交流会议，跟进国内外营养健康趋势发展和原料创新应用的发展，与相关专家和科学社团建立和保持联络；
-Participate in external scientific exchange meetings, follow up the development of nutrition and health trends and innovative application of raw materials, establish and maintain contact with relevant experts and scientific communities；

-负责完成其他与集团科学事务相关的工作
Complete other science communication related tasks

1.硕士以上学历，人类营养学、医学、药学、生物学、食品科学等生命科学相关专业；
Master degree and above, nutrition, medicine, pharmacy, biology, food science and other related majors;

2.4-6年或以上相关科学创新与转化的工作经验，具有注册营养师、执业药师、执业医师资格或健康营养品相关工作经验优先；
At least four years’ working experience in science innovation or translation. Registered dietician, licensed pharmacist, licensed physician or work experience in nutrition or Supplement Corporation is preferred.

3.掌握健康问题发生机制的分析方法，熟悉产品开发基本流程，有健康食品配方设计经验优先；
Master the analysis method of the mechanism of health problems, familiar with the basic process of product development. Dietary supplement formula design experience is preferred;

4.优秀的文献搜索、阅读与分析能力；
Excellent academic literature searching, reading and analyses ability;

5.能流畅阅读专业英文资料，具备良好的英语听力、书写与口语交流能力；
Be able to read English material smoothly and possess good listening, written & spoken English ability;

6.拥有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
Good communication and teamwork skills.
