• Partner closely with the business and function to understand current and future talent needs

• Act as an Employer Brand ambassador by modeling our values and principles at each candidate touch point

• Develop and drive sourcing strategies that leverage current and emerging channels

• Assess candidate capabilities in alignment with functional competencies and culture fit

• Support integrated talent management initiatives through close partnership with Talent Manager, HR Business Partner and Total Rewards team members
