3.ORT, Flex-CQRA test report preparation and review
4.ORT、CQRA系统，自动化报告系统完善及应用
4.Improvement and application of ORT,CQRA system,automatic reporting system
5.FACA跟进
5.Follow up FACA
6.完善可靠性实验的流程和规范，作业规范定期更新
6.Improve the process and specification of reliability experiment, and update the operation specification regularly
7.指导人员完成测试项目及测试报告
7.Guide staff to complete test project and test report
8.其他主管交办事项

能力要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，理工类优先
1.Bachelor degree or above, science and technology is preferred
2.至少两年可靠性实验室工作经验
2.At least 2 years experience in reliability laboratory
3.熟练掌握world、Excel等office软件
3.Proficient in world, Excel and other office software
4.良好的英文读写能力
4.Good English reading and writing ability
5.良好的团队合作精神及工作激情
5.Good team work spirit and passion
