Responsibilities 职责
•Personnel Management 人事管理
-Effective support on regular personnel management, including personnel changes, statistics and reporting, HR filing, local HR transactions, etc.;
-为日常人事管理提供有效支持,包括:人事变动,数据报告,档案管理,人事业务办理等;
-Support on HR management processes and system;
-人力资源管理流程及系统支持;
-Data/info. collection and sorting, drafting, updating, or translating HR documents;
-数据/信息收集及整理,起草、更新或翻译文件;
-Employee communication and relationship;
-员工沟通及员工关系;
-Internal and external audit;
-内部、外部审核;
-Support on HR projects and staff activities;
-协助组织/实施人力资源相关项目及员工活动;
-Assist superior to support business department on human resources and organizational topics.
-协助上级主管为业务部门人事及组织发展相关需求提供支持。
•Recruitment 招聘
-Support on recruitment process management, identify effective recruitment channels according to local business needs;
-协助管理招聘流程,根据业务需求识别和建立有效招聘渠道;
-Organization/implementation of recruitment relevant activities, including requirement clarification, screening, interview, offer, communication with candidates, etc., to ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment target;
-组织实施招聘相关活动,包括需求确认、简历筛选、面试、录用条件确认、候选人沟通等,以确保按时完成招聘计划;
-Develop effective interview methods based on deep knowledge of vacancies and communication/collaboration with the hiring manager, to ensure the recruitment quality;
-基于对岗位需求的理解和与业务负责人的沟通协作,确定或开发有效的面试方法,以确保招聘质量;
-Account for the recruitment data statistics and analysis, as well as the collection of market information to support decision making of management team.
-负责招聘相关数据统计分析,以及市场信息收集,为管理层决策提供支持。
•Training & Development 员工培训及发展
-Support on establishment, review and implementation of employee training policy and system;
为员工培训制度及体系的建立、改进及实施提供支持;
--Annual training plan and implementation, including training requirement analysis, training resource management, tracking and review of training plan, training recording and evaluation, training agreement, support on internal training system, etc.;
-年度培训计划及实施,包括:培训需求分析,培训资源管理,计划实施跟踪及更新,培训记录,培训评估,培训协议,内部培训系统支持等;
-Organization/implementation of internal training activities;
-内部培训组织及实施;
-Support on activities/programs of employee development and talent management.
-为员工发展及人才管理相关活动/项目提供有效支持。
•Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。
Qualifications & Requirements任职资格及要求
•Education学历
-Bechelor degree or above.
-本科及以上学历。
•Skills技能
-Good knowledge of labor-related policy, law, regulation etc.;
-熟悉劳动法相关规定和政策;
-Solid knowledge and skills of staffing and job interview;
-全面的招聘管理知识及良好的面试技能;
-Solid knowledge and skills of employee training management;
-全面的员工培训管理知识及相关技能;
-Strong skills of planning, organization, coordination and exicution;
-较强的计划、组织、协调及实务操作能力;
-Strong interpersonal communication skills;
-良好的人际沟通技能;
-Strong English language skills;
-良好的的英语能力;
-Strong PC and MS Office skills;
-良好的计算机及办公软件应用能力;
-Strong ability of learning.
-较强的学习能力。
•Experience工作经验
-Two years+ working experience;
-两年以上工作经验;
-Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;
-具备合资或外商独资企业工作经验者优先;
-Candidates with outstanding competence and potential of rapid growth are also considered with lower conditions.
-具备良好基本素质及发展潜力者,应聘条件可适当放宽。
