职位目标：

Responsible for metal forming process (Mainly for Press and also includes laser cutting, press barke bending,printing &Al pipe bedning which including process evaluation and improvement ),

负责金属成型（主要冲压工艺，也包含激光切割,手工折弯,油墨印刷 & 铝管折弯..）工艺评估和改善.

Press process：

1.Process Design and Development:

工艺设计与开发

-Participate in new product design reviews, conduct stamping manufacturability analysis (DFM), and provide suggestions for product structure optimization. 参与新产品设计评审，进行冲压工艺性分析（DFM），提出产品结构优化建议。

Responsible for formulating stamping process plans, process route sheets (CAPP), and work instructions (SOP).

负责编制冲压工艺方案、工艺流程卡（CAPP）及作业指导书（SOP）。

-Perform blank size calculation, improve material utilization, and design process sequences and operational steps.

进行坯料尺寸计算、材料利用率提升、工序设计与工步规划。

-Design and review conceptual proposals for stamping dies, fixtures, and gauges. 设计和评审冲压模具、夹具、检具的概念方案。

2.Die & Technical Preparation

模具与技术准备

-Responsible for technical bidding of stamping dies, technical communication with suppliers, and tracking die development progress.

负责冲压模具的技术招标、供应商技术沟通与模具开发进度跟进。

-Lead die tryout and acceptance for new dies, resolving process and quality issues during tryout.

主导新模具的试模、验收工作，解决试模过程中的工艺与质量问题。

-Establish and maintain die maintenance and repair plans to ensure dies are in good condition.

制定并维护模具保养和维修计划，确保模具处于良好状态。

3.Production Support & Optimization:

生产支持与优化

-Troubleshoot daily stamping process, die, and quality issues on the production line to ensure smooth operation.

解决生产线日常出现的冲压工艺、模具及质量问题，保障生产顺利进行。

-Continuously optimize existing process parameters (e.g., pressure, speed, positioning) to improve production cycle time and product quality stability.

持续优化现有工艺参数（如压力、速度、定位等），提升生产节拍和产品质量稳定性。

-Lead or participate in process planning and commissioning of automated stamping lines (e.g., progressive die lines, multi-station lines).

主导或参与自动化冲压生产线（如级进模、多工位线）的工艺规划和调试。

4.Quality Control & Cost Control:

质量控制与成本控制

-Analyze stamped part defects (e.g., wrinkling, cracking, springback, burrs) and develop corrective and preventive actions.

分析冲压件缺陷（如起皱、开裂、回弹、毛刺等），制定纠正与预防措施。

-Drive continuous improvement projects such as material cost reduction, process consumption reduction, and energy consumption lowering.

推动材料降本、工序减耗、能耗降低等持续改进项目。

-Responsible for cost estimation and control related to tooling, materials, and other process aspects.

负责工装、材料等工艺相关的成本估算与控制。

5.Other metal foming process：

其他钣金成型工艺：

-Responsible for product manufacturing feasibility study like flow design,process design ,work instructions design and so on负责产品预装工艺制造可行性评审，例如产品信息流物料流设计,产品作业指导书等等

-Responsible for new product tooling and jig introduction with clear specifications

编写具体的技术要求规格,负责新产品模具以及工装夹具的导入

-Responsible for trial production samples prepraration,be able to do trouble shooting in prefabrication process

负责试生产样件的准备，能够独立解决预装过程中所有问题

-Responsible for programing and parameter setup of maching machine

负责机加工设备的程序和参数的编写

-Responsible for introduce standard and non –standard machine to final acceptance ,to fulfil lean production requirement

负责设备（标准和非标）的导入直到验收，满足精益生产的需要

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor or above, electrical, electronics, industrial or other major with engineering background

学士或以上学历，电气，电子，工业工程等工程背景

2.At least 5 years of working experience in stamping process or related fields, with practical project experience.

5年及以上冲压工艺或相关领域工作经验，具备实际项目经验；

3.Familiar with stamping equipment and die structure, able to independently complete process design and optimization.

熟悉冲压设备及模具结构，能独立完成工艺设计与优化；

4.Possess good communication skills and team spirit, and have a strong sense of responsibility.

具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，责任心强。
