（1）Performs on-site configuration, installation, end-user orientation, support, servicing, repair and/or installation of IT systems and networking equipment and software including routers, switches, wireless LAN, PBXs, firewalls and servers. Provides associated cabling services.

（2）Serves as customer contact on network and host computing problems. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.

（3）Determines most cost effective repair/resolution to minimize customer downtime.

（4）Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.

（5）Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.

（6）May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.

（7） College graduate with 3-5 years of experience in network and host computing Field Services.

2、协调处理客户在网络和主机故障问题。使用既定程序诊断机械、硬件、软件和系统故障。

3、提供高效率的维修、解决方案，以尽量减少客户停机时间。

4、准备分析产品故障趋势和服务能力问题的报告。

5、进行日常运维，解决简单的技术问题，若无法处理可将复杂的问题升级给高一级工程师。

6、日常会涉及使用问题管理数据库和服务台系统。

7、大专以上学历，3-5年网络及计算机主机处理经验。
