职位描述
Responsibilities:
• Provide First tier level deskside support to end users
• Troubleshoot and problem solve PC related hardware, Printer and software issues like Windows11, O365 and other office software
• Provide installation and problem solving for computer related task such as network, systems, printers, mobile device software and hardware
• Perform IT helpdesk function by answering supports calls arrangement
• Familiar with AD and network related knowledge
• Familiar and have use experience with ticket management like Service Now.
• Coordinate with service desk and site end users for complex issue resolve
• Troubleshoot IT related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues.
• Closely work with service desk team for incident/request follow up and resolve
• Ticket System: ServiceNow
Requirements:
• Bachler/ or above in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
• 3-5 year relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
• I.T Certificates holder will be definitely an advantage (Not a must)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work independently
