Main purpose of job:
Assist the Head of HR on task related to compensation & benefit, mainly on staff housing, payroll & social benefit management. Support on HRIS system & various reports. Assist on expat staff visa, housing, ect relocation matters. Coordinate staff wellbeing program and training program. Back up the duties and responsibilities of other team members as assigned by Line manager when necessary.
Requirement:
1. English proficiency
2. Excellent communication skills and can-do attitude
3. Strong multi-task and problem-solving skills
4. Knowledge on contract management and negotiation
5. Detailed orientated
6. Strong time management and tasks priorities skills when under work pressure
7. At least 1 year working experience in service orientated position
8. Experience in handling contract and communication with external and internal client
