岗位职责：
• Member of project team, ensure the test is on-time delivered as per customer requirment
项目开发小组成员，确保按照客户要求按时完成实验
• Responsible for reviewing the assigned test request and samples, performing tests as per Test Lab Process
遵循试验流程，审查实验申请书和样品、执行相关分配试验
• Identify, verify and validate new test methods to increase the test lab capability and meet the customer requirements
识别、验证和确认新测试方法以满足客户需求
• Analyze the test data, evaluate and state the conformity of test reuslt in the test report
分析实验数据，评估实验结果的符合性并在测试报告中声明
• Provide standard test cost for project memebts and input the actual cost into related project after test finished
向项目团队提供标准实验费用并在实验结束后输入项目的真实费用
• Assist on testing equipment management e.g. calibration action, preventive action and ensure the implementation of calibration and maintenance plan
协助进行试验设备的管理如校准、维护保养，确保校准计划和维护计划的顺利实施
• Paiticipate training to have the competence to perform laboratory activities for which they are responsible and to evaluate the significance of deviations
参加培训以具备负责的实验室活动的能力以及评估偏离影响程度的能力
• Proving training to the new members of test lab and technical support to other team members
对新入职员工提供试验室相关培训并对实验室其他成员提供支持
• Be responsible for the daily management of the chemical cabinet of the Department.
负责本部门化学品柜/库的日常管理。
• Ensure the good 5S in test lab
确保实验室内良好的5S
• Ensure the good communication with internal customers on daily project testing, feedback problems and provide info.
确保与内部客户的良好沟通（日常测试、反馈问题、提供信息等）
岗位要求：
• Bachelar degree or above
本科及以上学历
• Good English on reading, writing and speaking
良好的英语读写、对话能力
• Good communication and time management
良好的沟通能力和时间管理能力
• At least 3 years testing experience on automotive industry or similar
至少三年的汽车测试或相关经验
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Well known on the OEM spec. and test equipment used in Gentherm
熟悉捷温使用的车厂的测试标准和测试设备
• Major of Electrical and Mechanical releated
电子或机械专业相关
• CET 4 or equaled
英语四级或等同
• Labview programming or similar
Labview 或其他类似软件编程

COMPETENCIES:
• Be skilled in test equipment operations and work principles, capable to change equipment parameters and basic programming.
熟练掌握设备的基本操作，了解精通设备工作原理，有能力对设备的参数进行更改以及基本的编程。
• Be skilled in test specifications, identify and well-controlled the main parameters
熟练掌握测试标准，识别并控制主要参数。
• Familiar with MSA, capable to conduct simple MSA and evaluate whether the test method is suitable.
熟练掌握MSA的知识，进行简单的测量系统分析，判断测试方法是否可用。
• Capable to use e.g. DOE, 6 sigma tools for problem solving.
能够应用DOE、6 sigma等工具解决问题。
• Familiar with ISO17025 and capable to find problems for continuous improvement.
熟悉ISO17025要求并能够发现需要改进的问题点。
