• Be skilled in the test equipment operation, understand the equipment work principle and test specification, capable to perform the test independently, identify and conctrol the key parameter that impact the test result

• Responsible for functional and automation testing of the company's products and key projects.
负责公司产品及重点项目的功能测试和自动化测试工作。
• Produce documents to specify calibration plans based on software requirements, write test cases, design and execute scripts, analyze and solve problems
根据软件需求制作文档指定标定方案，编写测试用例，设计测试脚本，执行脚本，分析和解决问题。
• Performs calibration work, provides feedback on calibration results, submits defects, and prepares deliverables such as calibration reports and so on…
执行标定工作，反馈标定结果，提交缺陷，编写标定报告等交付物。
• Performance product Cold/High Temperature Calibration and Experimentation
产品高寒/高温标定与实验。
• Analyze calibration data, evaluate and state the conformity of calibrated reuslt; provide opinions and interpretations based on the data analysis in case customer requests
分析标定数据，评估标定结果的符合性；在客户有需求时基于数据的分析提供意见和解释
• Support customers to complete mass production transfer activities
支持客户完成量产切换工作。
• Technical support for customer-owned projects

岗位要求：

• Bachelor's degree or above
本科及以上学历
• Computer, electronic or mechanical related
计算机、电子或机械专业相关
• Good learning and self-control skills
良好的学习能力及自控能力
• Strong logical thinking, good analytical skills, presentation skills, strong communication skills, good at identifying and locating problems
逻辑思维强，具有良好的分析能力，表达能力，沟通能力强，善于发现和定位问题。
• Strong stress tolerance and good execution skills
有较强的抗压能力和良好的执行能力

• Good English on reading, writing and speaking (CET 4 or equaled)

• At least 6 years testing experience on automotive industry or similar
至少六年的汽车测试或相关经验
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Well known on the general test requirement of each OEM
熟悉各家车厂的测试要求
• Good operation of the test equipment, such as Kuka Robot, Climate Chamber and etc.
熟练操作各类测试设备如机器人、环境仓等
• Experience working with automotive interior massage lumbar support preferred.
有汽车内饰按摩腰托工作经验者优先。
• Experience in test management preferred
具备测试管理经验优先。
