BPO or GBS working experience
Good English-speaking skill, Japanese reading and writing skill is plus
Have worked in Global HR system.
Experience in Global Reporting task.
Experience in working with Global teams
Good Office skill especially Excell, have data analysis skills and experience with batch data processing is plus
Good Team work and good communication skills
