Responsibilities：
● Ensure the accounting booking accurately, completely and timely to reflect company's financial situation, and ensure the accounting booking comply with PRC & US GAAP, the local law and public authorities’ regulations. Oversee management of the balance sheet and pursue the excellence of accounting book.
● Responsible for overall costing activities including costing reporting and analysis, annual physical inventory, cost out projects tracking.
● Support external audit & internal audit, support operation team related costing/expense/Capex management, support commercial team on MFG margin analysis.
● Responsible for R&D projects BOC and CAR review and R&D product costing,R&D expense planning and reporting.
● Actively and positively communicate with inter-companies on inter-co charges, TP change, cost change and so on.
● Coach and enhance team capabilities and excellence.
● Other jobs assigned by finance controller.
Qualifications：
● Bachelor degree in accounting or finance management related, experience in US GAAP.
● Minimum 3 years costing experience, Minimum 2 years or above of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector of multi-national companies.
● Good oral and written skill in English, SAP system experience.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; active team player, hands-on, dynamic and positive personality; possessing proactive and initiative working attitude.
