主要职责和活动Key Accountabilities
1.根据客户需求，轮胎市场反馈，通过创新原材料、新工艺、新技术等方式改善产品性能，达到客户和市场的需求。According to customer needs and tire market feedback, improve product performance through innovative raw materials, new processes, new technologies, etc. to meet customer and market needs.
2.与总部配合负责与中国地区的大学，研究院，原材料供应商等新原材料，新技术等产学联合创新项目实施详细管理工作。支持米兰总部对相关项目的论文及专利信息的收集整理与撰写工作。Cooperation with Milan HQ and responsible for the detailed management for industry-university joint innovation research on new raw materials and new technologies with universities, research institutes, and raw material suppliers in China. Support the Milan HQ in collecting, organizing, and writing papers and patent information related to the project.
3.支持总部开展创新材料开发应用工作，包括材料准备，系统申请，胶料制备，安排胶料检测和轮胎测试，跟总部的沟通交流。Support the headquarters to carry out the development and application of innovative materials, including material preparation, system application, compound mixing, testing and arrange tyre test, keep communication with the headquarters.
4.负责中国地区可持续发展材料的管理工作。Responsible for the management of sustainable development materials in China.
包括跟踪可持续材料应用情况，计算可持续材料比例，支持可持续相关审核，参与碳足迹标准制定，支持OE客户的可持续要求等工作。
This includes tracking the application of sustainable materials, calculating the proportion of sustainable materials, supporting sustainability-related audits, participating in the development of carbon footprint standards, and supporting the sustainability requirements of OE customers.
5.参加国内轮胎技术论坛及材料会议与可持续发展相关信息等收集数据和信息。Attending China tire technology forums and material conferences to collect data and information
6.负责中国地区的竞品轮胎材料分析的管理工作。Responsible for managing competitor tire material analysis in the China region.
包括通过理化测试解析竞品轮胎材料成份与胶料配方，建立竞品数据库，整合分析结果，结合技术对标和行业趋势研究，为本地产品开发提供配方优化、成本控制及前瞻性技术性能升级的支持。
This includes analysing the composition and recipe of competitive tire materials through physical and chemical testing, establishing a competitive database, integrating analysis results, and combining technical benchmarking and industry trend research to provide support for recipe optimization, cost control, and forward-looking technical performance upgrades for product development.
7.协助胶料工程师改善解决生产、质量加工工艺问题及轮胎缺陷等。Assist compound engineers to improve and solve production, quality processing problems and tire defects, etc.
8.组织对外技术交流等相关活动。Organizing technical exchanges and other related activities.

5.抗压能力强Strong compressive resistance
